This thesis examines the use of cooperative learning models with complete sentence types assisted by video in teaching the human excretion system to 11th grade science students. The study took place from September 2014 to April 2015 with 28 students from one class of a high school in Tasikmalaya, Indonesia. Pre-experimental research was conducted using an achievement test and t-test analysis. The results showed that the cooperative learning model with video-assisted complete sentences was an effective way to teach the human excretion system concept.

The purpose of this research was to know the appropriateness of cooperative learning model with complete sentence type assisted by video as media if it was matched in the learning process on sub concept Human Excretion System at the 11th Grade of Science SMA Negeri 7 Kota Tasikmalaya. This research was conducted in September 2014 until April 2015 at the SMA Negeri 7 Kota Tasikmalaya. The research method used pre experimental research with the population of the students at the 11th grade of science are four classes that was taken by purposive sampling technique was class XI-Science 2 with 28 students. Research instrument was the achievement test on the sub concept Human Excretion System. Technique of analyzing the data used t-test with the level of significance () = 5%. The result of the research shows that cooperative learning model with complete sentence type assisted by video was suitable to be matched in the learning process on sub concept Human Excretion System at the 11th grade of science SMA Negeri 7 Kota Tasikmalaya.
