Observations

I only get to sleep


about 6 hours, so I felt
very sleepy during the
school day.
I felt very tired after a
long week of school, so
when I went to bed, I
fell asleep straight
away. And I slept about
12 hours to catch up on
lost sleep.
It took about 10
minutes for me to fell
asleep; this might be
because I woke up
really late in the
morning. I slept for
about 10 hours, so I felt
fresh in the morning.
I felt very fresh and
ready to start the day. I
think its because I get
enough sleep.

When I woke up, I felt


very tired and wanted
to go back to sleep.
This is because I only
get about 5 hours of
sleeping, which is not
enough.
I fell asleep instantly as
I felt very sleepy.
However, I went to
sleep very late, which
makes me feel very
tired in the morning.
