Conference Checklist:
____ Introduce your parent/guardian to your teacher. Example: Mr. Knight, this is my
mother, Ms. Smith. Mom, this is my teacher, Mr. Knight.
____ Share your subject area strengths/weaknesses.
____ Show your report card to your parent/guardian. Remember to look at your
grades, your attitude grades, and your attendance.
____ Tell your parent/guardian about your goals for the second nine-weeks.
____ Show your student planner to your parent/guardian.
____ Ask your parent/guardian if he/she has questions or comments for the teacher.
____ Thank everyone for participating in the conference.
