The TANK: Boot Camp Orientation

Overview:
In order for teachers to enhance their understanding of the ISTE-T
standards and 21st Century learning to better inform their own individualized
professional learning goals, they will go through 4 very general
overview/introductory modules. These are based on the schools vision and on the
need to bring awareness to best practices to support 21st century learning.
The modules will take place in various parts of the TANK so teachers
become familiar with the professional learning spaces and how to utilize them for
future use. Additionally, Boot Camp allows for all staff to have a shared experience
and common language around topics important to the school and its vision.
Boot Camp is 5 days, from 8:00 am - 3:00 pm each day. The 5th day module
is for reflection, collaboration, individual goal setting and planning/action steps.
