FOR PUBLICATION:
There were 4 entries for Section A, two of which passed and two failed. One of the
passes was from a fairly experienced dog that had passed this section previously;
the second pass was from an 8 month old dog whose owners are new to water
work which was lovely to see. The two dogs that failed were 8 month old and
had only been in the water on a number of occasions, I feel the owners/handlers
are now aware what they need to work on to achieve a pass at the next test.
As this was my second judging appointment i found it useful to be able to give
owners/handlers some constructive criticism; however it would have been nice to
have seen a few more entries.
