Team Contract
Team Name: Team Telework
Team Members: Kristine Cabuntocan, Anesa F. Dianid, Nick Gervasi
Purpose: The purpose of this is to inform everyone on how telework increases
productivity
Nick: As a member of this group I will maintain a level head and keep positivity
flowing through not only me but also my team members. I will also get everyone to
participate actively.
Anesa: As a member of this group I will bring everyone together for group
meetings. I will also make sure the progress of the group project runs smoothly and
that everyone is doing what is expected of them.
Kristine:I am very organized and have excellent time-management skills. As a
member of this group I will contribute by making sure that we are up to date with
our tasks and that our work is divided equally. Some quirks about myself would be
that I am a perfectionist and I need things to be done on time. I expect everyone in
the group to do their part equally so that way no one is left doing all the work. I
strongly believe in working as a team.
Team Roles:
Anesa assigned to Leader
Nicky assigned to Researcher
Kristine assigned to Organizer
Goals:
The group will receive a grade of 75% and above for each assignment
Each part of the project will be completed and handed in by the appropriate
due date

Ground Rules:
Be on time for group meetings.
Keep social media and phone use to a minimum during group work.
Come prepared to group meetings i.e. use of materials.
Be respectful of each group member.
If work cannot be completed you must tell the group ahead of time. This also
applies to attending group meetings that way other arrangement can be
made.
6. Each member will equally contribute to group work.
7. Assignments will be completed and handed in on time.

Consequences for Unacceptable Team Member Behaviour:

Each member will be given two warnings about unacceptable behaviour i.e.
not being on time. After two warnings the group leader will bring the issue to
the professor to handle the situation.
If a member does not contribute to the group assignments they do not get to
receive the grade the other members worked hard to achieve. The member
will receive a grade of zero.
If a member continuously does not attend group meetings or class to work on
the group project (without letting the other group members know ahead of
time) they are no longer part of the group (after being absent for three
consecutive group meetings/classes).
