NEWSLETTER
Hello students and parents! I hope you are all
ready for this busy month ahead. We will be squeezing in several
different lessons this month, including a Healthy Holiday Pot Luck
lesson where we will research and make a healthy cookbook for each
student to take home over the break to help ensure that their holiday
meals are part of a well-balanced diet. This is always a fun project for
everyone involved! Parents, feel free to send in your healthy recipes for
your child to share with us. We will finish up chapter 7 of our textbook,
and the end of semester exam will cover chapters 6 & 7. Dont forget
our angel tree project we are participating in, also. Any students who
participates (brings an unopened gift from our gift list in the
classroom) will receive extra credit on their end of semester exam!
The gifts will be donated to the Salvation Army to help provide a
Christmas for needy children in our community.
