I nanny for a 13 year old girl with special needs, her name is Emory and around 5
days a week I pick her up at noon, take her out to eat, hang out with her, take her to
therapy, hang out with her some more, then take her home. She is an amazing young
girl who is so smart and funny and curious and beautiful. This job has taught me so
much. Not only have I learned patience, and leadership skills, but it has also taught
me how to care and love in an entirely new way. I hope to continue this job
throughout my senior year.
