Emcee invites Mr Quek up to platform to give opening speech
** Master Chefs to start moving into BreadTalk to standby

1. Invites Mrs Quek up to platform join Mr Quek on sharing each what they have
penned down as their recipe for joy
2. Invites Mr and Mrs Quek down from platform to place their final individual cards
onto the wall (guided to stand beside digital screen when done)
3. Wall to turn (platform to be removed at the same time) and emcee shares about
artwork
** All 4 Digital screen to switch to launch pad
4. Photo Opportunity
Emcee invites Mr and Mrs Quek to officially launch BreadTalks New Concept by
placing palms on screen to activate countdown for curtain fall
1. After countdown, curtain falls (curtain to be removed immediately and Joy Wall
to be moved further in store)
2. Staffs in BreadTalk lined up at entrance and says Welcome to BreadTalk!

3. Staff opens up for 3 Masterchefs to walk through to in front of the store


4. Emcee guides Mr and Mrs Quek to join the MasterChefs in the centre
5. Jiawen to cure Frankie Quek and Aik Peng to join them in centre

o Masterchefs will introduce product based on Mr Quek and Joyce cue.

To give out door gift when guests are leaving (Dawn will assist, door gift to be ready at 1035 when Mr Quek officially launches New
Concept)
a) To exchange door gift with tag and record
b) If guest mention they cannot find, but they are on guest list , we can record . If guest ask for a second door gift, kindly mentioned
that each guest is only entitled to one.
c) If guest not on the guest list ask for a door gift, kindly mentioned that only selected guests will receive.

Joy Wall
To approach guests with well wishes card after they register
Encourage them to write their well wishes for BreadTalk New Concept and their recipe for Joy
Ensure that guests write on the spot; guests will not be allowed to take the card away to write and come back
Assist them to put up onto wall according to the numbers
For guests that do not wish to write, thank them and kindly encourage them to come back to write
Check for the correctness of the panels after all the guests have written, leaving the centre two blank for Mr and Mrs Quek

Serving of bread and cakes

When tour begins, servers to start serving first round of bread (Sweet Potato Volcano, Snow White Yam, Mala Chicken, Himalayan Pink Salt) followed
by cakes (Hokkaido Rice Roll, Hokkaido Snow Roll) to guests at cocktail tables
Servers to serve next batch of guests that ends store tour
Serving format
o Bread: Each bread to be cut into 4pieces and placed on serving tray with plates and forks available for guests to take for placing their bread

o Cake: Each slice of cake to be served on individual small plates with small fork
