To receive incoming guests from 915 to 950
To register guest with guest list
1. For guest on guest list
a) If they present their invitation card, we can keep it
b) Provide registration sticker

c) Provide tag (for the exchange of door gift at the end of event)
d) Guide them to fill in well wishes card to be put up on Joy Wall(Lizhen and team will assist)
2. For guest NOT on guest list
a) Provide registration sticker

b) If guest ask about goodie bag, kindly mentioned that only selected guests will receive.

To give out door gift when guests are leaving (Dawn will assist, door gift to be ready at 1035 when Mr Quek officially launches New
Concept)
a) To exchange door gift with tag and record
b) If guest mention they cannot find, but they are on guest list , we can record . If guest ask for a second door gift, kindly mentioned
that each guest is only entitled to one.
c) If guest not on the guest list ask for a door gift, kindly mentioned that only selected guests will receive.

To approach guests with well wishes card after they register
Encourage them to write their well wishes for BreadTalk New Concept and their recipe for Joy
Ensure that guests write on the spot; guests will not be allowed to take the card away to write and come back
Assist them to put up onto wall according to the numbers
For guests that do not wish to write, thank them and kindly encourage them to come back to write
Check for the correctness of the panels after all the guests have written, leaving the centre two blank for Mr and Mrs Quek
When tour begins, servers to start serving first round of bread (Sweet Potato Volcano, Snow White Yam, Mala Chicken, Himalayan Pink Salt) followed
by cakes (Hokkaido Rice Roll, Hokkaido Snow Roll) to guests at cocktail tables
Servers to serve next batch of guests that ends store tour
Serving format
o Bread: Each bread to be cut into 4pieces and placed on serving tray with plates and forks available for guests to take for placing their bread
