Jam Jewels
2/3 c. almond or other nut butter 3 c. flour (whole wheat and soy
½ c. cashew meal or other combined)
¾ c. honey 100% fruit spread
½ tsp. salt
Mix together. Roll into balls and press a thumb print into center of each.
Fill indention with fruit spread. Bake for about 15 minutes at 350 degrees
with empty baking sheet on lower rack. Remove empty sheet and cook until
lightly browning on bottom.

Oatmeal Squares
4 c. oats 2 Tbsp. ground flaxseed
1 c. coconut 1 c. raisins or dates
1 ½ c. whole wheat flour 1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. evaporated cane juice 1 c. nut butter
1 tsp. salt 1 ¼ c. water
Mix together. Add a little more water if needed. Press approximately ½”
thick into sprayed baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
Remove and cut into bars while hot.
