Dutch Forks Annual

Mitten Tree
Dutch Fork Elementary will sponsor a
Mitten Tree project during the holiday
season.
Students, staff and
community members may donate
mittens, gloves, hats and socks. We
will hang them on the tree in the
schools cafeteria lobby. Donated
items will be given to a local charity to distribute to families in need
during the winter months. Donations will be accepted from November
30 until December 18.

Lost and Found

Our Lost and Found is overflowing
once again!! During the course of
the year many items of clothing
are left at school and end up in
our Lost and Found bin. So much
so, that we are now donating all
items to a local shelter at the end
of each month. Parents, these
items of clothing cost you a lot of
hard earned dollars, so please
make sure you have your child
check Lost and Found frequently
to retrieve these nice coats,
jackets, hats, gloves and many
other articles of clothing. You can
also stop by the school and look
through the bin. It would be
helpful if you make sure your
childs name and grade are on the
labels. If they are found they can
be returned. This is a simple
process that can be done with a
permanent
Sharpie
marker.
Please be sure to stop by the Lost
and Found area located in our
cafeteria for any lost items that
your child may have left at school!
