ACT is my philosophy of work: Achieve, Collaborate, and Teach.

Achieve: leading by
example and doing more than what is expected of me; this serves to ensure my positon and
advancement within the company. However, just doing more is not good enough,
collaboration is vital. Collaborate: with peers and share what is learned, this helps build a
team mentality, a sense of belonging, and loyalty to the organization. Finally, teach others
of your mistakes and triumphs; do not waste valuable time and resources reinventing the
wheel, streamline tasks, so that time can be spent planning growth.
