Lesson Overview

Students will make a 10 minute movie using

Movie Maker based on what they researched
about grammar and punctuation and share it to
the class.

Curriculum

The NCTE Executive Committee reaffirmed the

NCTE/IRA Standards for the English Language
Arts in November 2012.
Students must be presented with resources to
help develop language skills.

Students will able to use laptops to research,

find pictures, and create a movie using movie
maker.

Materials

Students will also have a textbook, handouts,

and internet to help with research and
examples.

Procedure

Students will work in groups of 4 to do online

research. Students must find pictures,
incorporate concepts and add examples.

Assessment

Students will be asked to make a movie using

movie maker based on what they have learned
and researched. Students will play the movie in
class and share information with the class.
