InfoTech is holding its annual sales meeting on its campus to unveil its new product line and educate its 200 sales representatives and their families. However, due to limited parking and building constraints, InfoTech will be unable to accommodate both the sales meeting and Greene Community College's graduation ceremony at its campus. The letter suggests the Municipal Botanical Gardens or Hilton Head Community Center as alternative venues for the graduation ceremony since they have more space and are close to hotels.

Hilton Head, SC 29925 October 25, 2015 Dr. Jim Robinson, President Greene Community College 4000 College Blvd Hilton Head, SC 29925 This year we will be unveiling our new line of product. We are still in the middle of our marketing endeavor and have come up with a great way to produce more ideas while educating our sales team on the new line. This year we will be holding our company-wide sales meeting on the InfoTech campus. We will be bringing in 200 sales representatives (and their families) to the Infotech grounds. We are doing this not only to help generate new ideas for our upcoming line but to reward are hard-working sales representatives and their families. Due to limited parking and building constraints we will be unable to accommodate both events at the InfoTech Campus. There are some other options you may want to consider for the graduation ceremony. The Municipal Botanical Gardens are spacious enough and their spring foliage will be in full bloom. Also the Hilton Head Community Center might be an even better option since it is only five minutes from the campus and close to many hotels for the convenience of the families of the graduating students. The board wanted me to pass along its thanks and congratulations to the Class of 2015 for their hard work and dedication. We always look forward to seeing the great potential that comes from Greene Community College. We wish the students, faculty and staff of the college our best wishes. Sincerely,
Jonathan J. Rose Public Relations Director JJR/ztr
