Brittany Sudtelgte, the Public Relations Director of InfoTech, writes a letter to Dr. Jim Robinson, President of Greene Community College, declining their invitation to host the 2011 graduation commencement due to InfoTech hosting their annual sales meeting that same date. While InfoTech is unable to host due to limited parking and space from their event, Sudtelgte suggests alternative venues like the Municipal Botanical Gardens or Hilton Head Community Center that may work better and wishes the college success in their event.

1357 Hillview Dr., DesMoines, IA 99267 Greene Community College 4000 College Blvd. Hilton Head, SC 29925 Dr. Jim Robinson, President February 24, 2015 Dear Dr. Jim Robinson: We would like to express our appreciation to host Greene Community Colleges 2011 graduation commencement. GCC continues to produce valuable members to the InfoTech community, therefore it is an honor to be considered for an event that will undoubtedly draw such a distinguished body of students and scholars. The date you have requested happens to be InfoTechs annual sales meeting, which draws nearly 200 representatives and their families to the grounds. Due to this event parking and building space will be limited. While we must decline your invitation, I hope for the success of your event. It is as much of a disappointment to InfoTech, as we will not be able to help as we have in the past. With this in mind, may I suggest a few alternatives that may be ideal for your event? The Municipal Botanical Gardens, or Hilton Head Community Center both meet your qualifications and provide great facilities. Once again, thank you for your consideration.
Sincerely,
Brittany Sudtelgte InfoTech, Public Relations Director
