    Dear Dr. Robinson, The Greene Community College graduation for Spring of 2011 could be hosted flawlessly at the Municipal Botanical Gardens or Hilton Head Community Center. The two options provide the space necessary for all the graduates and their guests, as well as beautiful scenery for pictures. These campuses are ideal for the graduation ceremony of 2011. The Greene Community College graduation is held during the InfoTechs company-wide sales meeting. The parking and building constraints would not be able to host both events in the same weekend. InfoTechs large sales meeting will bring all 200 sales representatives and their guests to the InfoTech grounds. InfoTech is very interested in the valuable Greene Community College graduates. InfoTech would like to set up a mock interview and tour day for 12 business graduates interested in interning. Many of InfoTechs top executives are Greene Community College graduates. This would be a great opportunity for 2011 graduates and new talent for InfoTech. Please do not hesitate to contact the public relations office with possible candidates. Sincerely,
