    Dear Dr. Jim Robertson:

    We would like to thank you for your continued business with Info Tech. We have had successful graduations for five years by working together. The students of Greene Community College are always respectful of our venue. Every spring we have all the top execs from Info Tech fly into our capital building here because we host an annual sales meeting. Many alumni of your college will be recognized. This year our annual sales meeting is booked on the same day you wish to have graduation on May 6, 2011. My staff and I have researched and called ahead of time for three other different venues. You may contact John at the Marriott hotel (660-213-1432) located across the street from us, or you may contact Sally at the Little Theatre (660-213-1532) located a few blocks away from Info Tech, or Bob at Limited Tech (660-213-6352) across town. All have qualities similar to our venue and all have May 6, 2011 open. Each one is awaiting your call. We look forward to seeing next springs resumes from Greene Community College Alumni.
