Dr. Jim Robinson, President Greene Community College 4000 College Blvd. Hilton Head, SC 29925 Dear Dr. Robinson, I cant believe it is that time of year again and in just a short amount of time you will be sending out another class of graduates from GCC. As you may very well know we always enjoy the numerous interns that you have sent us over the years, some of which, decided to stay with us and become a valuable part of our company. Due in part to our yearly sales meeting we will not be able to host your graduation for this spring. As you may know our yearly sales meeting brings in all of our 200 sales representatives along with their families and because of this, there seems no other alternative but to turn down the chance to see all of your fine graduates walk across the stage. I know all of us here at InfoTech Inc. always look forward to meeting your graduates and interns whether with the intentions of joining InfoTech or not. We are always pleased with the work they do here and with the personality and attitude they bring to the table. I have taken the liberty of checking availability at the Municipal Botanical Gardens, as well as, the Hilton Head Community Center which are both available for that day. Hopefully these facilities will serve as a viable substitute. I do hope that next year you will consider us once again to hold your graduation. Sincerely,
