Dear Dr. Jim Robertson: Over the past years Info Tech and Greene Community College has had a very beneficial relationship. We hire several of your interns each year and they advance up through the ranks and have become some of our top executives. We are going to have our company-wide sales meeting and some of your alumni will be attending. This meeting overall has 200 sales representatives with their families and will be held on the Info Tech grounds. The sales meeting will take a lot of parking and building space at Info Tech. Due to this, we will not have enough space to hold your graduation this year. We do however have two other facilities that will be able to hold your graduation. The first alternative is at the Municipal Botanical Gardens. It is very beautiful and has very good scenery appropriate for a graduation. It has plenty of space for your graduation to be very comfortable. The second alternative is at the Hilton Head Community Center. It also has plenty of space for your graduation. It is also very flexible so you can arrange the room however you want to. The center also has any equipment you might need for your graduation.
