Project Description:
The new Las Pias Convention Center is located at the central district of Las Pias City. The project will
result in over 2000sqm exhibition and meeting space. Plans also include new function rooms and the
largest assembly hall in the city which will increase the amount of space available for community uses.

Project Constraints: (minimum of 3)

1. The Proposed Two Storey (Hospital/Assembly Area) will be done within 1 year and 6 months.

2. A budget of P200,000,000.00 will be allocated for this project.

3. It is assured that the project has followed the rules and regulations as prescribed by the National
Building Code of the Philippines.

4. It is assured that quality materials were used upon the construction of the project to ensure the safety of
the users.

Project Description:
State-of-the-art P200M 2-story hospital consists of wards and private rooms, emergency, surgery, ICU,
radiology, autopsy/morgue, canteen, and chapel. Services included complete low voltage system such as
Voice/Data, Television, Nurse Call, Public Address, Patient Information, Intercom, Fire Alarm services.
