➢ Preparation of Concrete Evaluation of final finishing works; ensuring quality ready for
turn-over

➢ Evaluation of materials used via quantity surveying and cost controlling methods
➢ Assures productivity reports of manpower and installation works parallel to the standard
time frame of construction
➢ Attends coordination meeting; raising design problems and solution on committee
➢ Performing QA/QC works based on standards and by testing the materials before and
after installation
➢ Sorting of Bill of Quantities; evaluation of finishing types by mock-up and testing
