ROW ENGINEER
Major Function:
• Site hunting and permit processing for project implementation.
• Negotiate commercial terms, conditions and operation of the project with the
building owner/landowner and/or authorized representative of the building
owner/landowner.
• Conduct detailed field survey regarding cable and conduit routes, manhole
location and verification/design detailed engineering plans for fiber optic cable
facilities.
• Prepare bill of quantities BOQ.
• Coordination with the client and subcontractors regarding technical aspects of
the projects.

ROW OFFICER
Major Function:
• Conduct site survey, setting out and leveling site
• Plot the project design
• Responsible for the project’s Bill of Materials
• Prepare the documents for Requests to Attach, Notice to Attach, Technical
Advisory, Notice of Completion and facilitates its approval
• Check drawings and ensure that it is accurate for the project
• Attend meetings with clients, keeping them informed of project progress.
• Oversee the quality control and safety matters on the site, and ensure that
regulations are up kept
• Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that may
occur
• Performs other tasks as maybe assigned by immediate Superior or higher
Management
Major Function:
• Needs to count all parcels that arrived in the DP
• Ensures that all parcels are properly scanned and accounted to each
couriers
• In charge in the dispatch of goods on time.
• Collect COD and Pick up revenues from couriers and properly endorse to
Store Supervisor for checking and deposit
• Find network sellers in the area and register the relevant information.
• Contributes information, ideas and research to help develop marketing
strategies.
• Answers questions from clients about product and service benefits.
• In charge in the operations and activities involved in promoting and

• In charge in the filing of Government documents for the store operation
• Reporting to Head Office any delay in the operations and the cause
