DISCLOSURE DETAILS &/or OBSERVATIONS

Conor arrived to school a little late and met our class at Jump
Jams. He appeared sad but didnt want to talk, was looking
around at other class members.
Returning to classroom I asked my EA to talk to Conor to make
sure he was ok.
EA took him outside and asked if he was alright. Conor shook
his head, no.
EA then asked: would you like to tell me what was wrong?.. he
was silent.
EA asked: Did something happen at school? Response: No
Did something happen on the way to school (Conor walks to
school)? Response No
EA asked: Did something happen at home? Response: Yes
EA asked: What happened? Response: Mum hurt me
EA asked: How? Response: No verbal response clammed up.
EA asked: How did she hurt you Conor? Response: No verbal
response, head down, became with drawn

During this time frame Conor frequently exposed and played

with himself during mat sessions.

(Weeks 3-5, Had conversations with Conor about appropriate places etc

Conor disclosed that it was sore.

10:00am

I asked my EA to check on Conor as he had been in the toilet

(inside classroom) for quite a while and I could hear some
unusual noises.
EA walked in the class toilet area to see Conor facing down on
top of the toilet seat (closed lid), completely naked re-enacting
intercourse, with his arms on either side of the toilet. Conor was
making quiet moaning noises and was unaware that the EA was
there. She quietly walked away to inform me and then rang the
principal.

Conor fell asleep sitting up, totally exhausted with no energy to

stay awake.

2:20pm

Slept until 3:10pm when his Pop woke him up to go home

28-5-2014

8:00am
Conor walked up to my EA in the Junior hall and said that he
was sad. EA asked him why he was sad and his response was
Im tired. EA asked why and his response was I was up early.
EA asked if he had any breakfast and his reply was no. EA
told him to go to breakfast club to get something to eat and she
has informed me that he appeared happy to do so.
8:50am
When Conor walked into the classroom EA asked if he had
some breakfast. He
smiled and said yes.
11:30am
Conor was very teary throughout the day.

and he said he would tell
his mum to take him to the
