Solutions Pvt Ltd, Hyderabad.

Projects handled include
Develop fusion protein therapeutics against cancer using TNF- related
apoptosis inducing ligand

(TRAIL/Apo2L) with anticancer peptides

targeting HSP90; Bioassays in cell lines (MTT assay, DNA fragmentation

analysis)
Develop a method for the production of Enfuvirtide, an anti HIV therapeutic
using intein mediated C-terminal amidation
Design and development of M-protein based multi-epitope vaccine targeting
Group A streptococcal infection

Biosimilar production process development for biosimilars such as

recombinant human EGF, PDGF, interferon and its mono pegylated form;

Secured 5th rank in the entrance test for admission into M.Sc Biochemistry in the
year 1995.

Won a best poster award for Detoxification gene polymorphisms- an etiological

factor in idiopathic early pregnancy loss (REPL) at 9th ADNAT & 30th ISHG
symposium on Molecular Medicine and Health at CCMB, Hyderabad, INDIA in the
year 2005.

Trained 15 students under the Biotech Industrial Training Programme scheme

(BITP) conducted by Department of Biotechnology.
