Kamaladi, Kathmandu
Dear Professor Rijal,
I am a student of MBA fall 2015 at Global College International and am writing you concerning
our daily class schedule. As you may be aware, there is a 10 day workshop program on Ethical
Dilemmas faced by manufacturing industries of Nepal and the key note speakers like Karna
Shakya ,Anil Chitrakar, etc, will be sharing the valuable insight at the Royal Academy Hall on
Thursday, April 07, 2015, the date on which the class is scheduled. The event will begin at 9
a.m. and is expected to last over an hour and this workshop will end on April 16, 2015.
I would like to propose some options that would allow students to attend this event without
jeopardizing their grade in your class. One suggestion would be to delay the class schedule for
10 days and start the usual class from 10 am. This would enable all of your students, as well as
yourself, to be present and view the workshop program.
If this is not an option, another solution might be to start the regular first class from 7:30 to 8:30
am as planned and start the second class from sharp 10 .This will allow all the students to
attend the training workshop program .
If you find one of these options to be suitable, please advise us at our next class meeting on
Tuesday, April 5, 2012. I sincerely hope that we can find a solution that will not prevent students
from attending this monumental event.
We will be much more obliged to you for this. Thanking you in advance for your consideration,
Ritesh Rokaha
