AFFIDAVIT TO BE SIGNED BY STUDENTS ATTENDING

COURSES AT ARMY ITI AMBALA CANTT.
1.

(S) ENGR REGT Understand that i will not be granted any annual leave in the
year of joining and year of completing the course However, for the calendar year
following the year of admission, I will be granted only four week of part of
annual leave during the course break (applicable only for two years courses) as
decided by the Army ITI.

2.

I undertake that i will be permitted to withdraw from the course. However. If due
to any exceptional circumstances my request for withdrawal from the course is
accepted, I will pay the cost of the training fo the duration of course attended
@Rs. 2000/- (Rupees two thousand only) per month or that so ever is decided
later by teh authority. In case i fail to deposit the cost of training. then i am liable
to be prosecuted in civil court for the same.

I understand that if I am found involved in any discipline case, the institute

reserves the right to return me to my parent unit and i shall pay the cost of
training at the rate of Rs. 2000/- per month for the duration of the course
attended.
