Antenna and Wave Propagation group test questions with instructions

1. Prepare a set of questions to be asked during Antenna guest lecture and submit
that to the respective team leader
(5 marks/question)
2. Create analogies for all the possible topics under unit I
(10 marks/analogy)
3. Do a creative presentation on unit I that must contain atleast two topics of the
teams choice. The presentation can be in any of the following formats:
(50 marks/topic))
a) Chart work
b) Models
c) Demonstration/Skit
d) Casual group discussion or debate among members of the team
e) Explaining the concepts like your favorite teacher
4. Participate in the relay race which tests the level of teamwork of the teams. The
race is conducted as follows:
Once the team gets a clue for a given derivation, they must identify the name
of the derivation and then the first member of the team will start the working
on it and then pass it on to the next until the derivation is complete. This must
be verified by the team leader for correctness.

5. Draw the radiation pattern diagrams on a chart for Short dipole, Half wave
Dipole, Monopole and Small loop antennas referring to the text book.
(25 marks/pattern)
