HRidayveda - Guidelines

1. All articles should be written in English only.


2. Entries can be from an individual or a team of two.
3. Only one entry per team/individual shall be accepted.
4. One person cannot be a part of more than one team.
5. The articles could be on any of the themes under the umbrella of Talent
Management, for example:

a. Talent Mapping
b. Recruitment and Selection
c. Succession Planning
d. Employee Retention
e. Performance Management
6. All submissions should be in .doc/.docx format.
7. Maximum word limit is 1000 words.
8. All entries should be original. References should be clearly cited at the end
of the article. Any form of plagiarism/copyright violation would lead to
disqualification.

9. Last date for submission is 16th Aug, 11:59 pm.


10. Send in your entries to

hriday@gim.ac.in with the subject line Roll.

No_Name_HRidayveda along with a passport size photograph


(jpeg/png format)

11. The decision of the judges is FINAL.
