 Ensuring the quality of components from IGI department (Incoming Goods

Inspection)

 Daily cycle count maintenance, every annually & inventory stock checking.

 Maintenance consumables like IPA, Methanol, Lapox hardeners, anabond, etc.,

 Interacting/coordinating with the sub-contractors during the process of sub-

assembly for the various products manufactured by the company.
 Supporting design team during pilot development in PCB assembly. Also
sourcing some of the components through various vendors from the local
market.

 Having the knowledge of issuing the components to Service & Quality Control
departments.

 Preparing rack reference/location details for the components storage and easy
accessibility.

 Also performing the coordination with the production team in prioritizing the
delivery of the customer orders.

 Having a fair knowledge of integration & inspection of sub-assemblies of

various products manufactured by the vendors.

 Performing the FIFO (First In First Out) process in the Stores.

 Having the knowledge of P.O (Purchase Order) & G.R (Goods Receipt) creation
for the vendors.

 Good communication knowledge.

 Windows MS Office applications.

ACHIEVEMENTS IN THE PROFESSIONAL CAREER :

1. Achieved the title of “SAP Champ” for the last quarter of the year 2005
during the implementation of new plant at Parwanoo.

2. Achieved the title of “SAP Star” for the month of August 2005 during the
implementation of the new plant at Daman.

3. Suggestions provided for the change of process for the Stores and Production
were implemented and appreciated during the year of 2005-2006.
