A DAY IN THE LIFE and BOOK FAIR

We have been working hard, and we would like to share what we do at school with
you at our A Day in the Life Open House on Thursday evening. This come-and-go
event will be from 5:30 until 7:00 P.M. I hope that you will make plans to attend. Your
children are very excited to show you what they do at school. We will also be having a
Book Fair next week, and you and your family will have the opportunity to shop there
on Thursday evening.
Re-enrollment Packets
Please remember to return your
childs re-enrollment by January 29,
to be sure that your child has a place
reserved in second grade for next
year. As I reflect on the experience
that my daughter had at Harding
Academy, I can without a doubt tell
you that all of your sacrifice is worth
it. Harding is a place that not only
provides an excellent education, but
also a spiritual atmosphere where
students are nurtured and loved and
mentored.

Mystery Reader

It is time once again to sign up to be

the Mystery Reader. Especially if
you have not already done this, I
would encourage you to volunteer
because it will mean a great deal to
your child. Please look at the sheet
that is being sent home today;
indicate your first, second, and third
choices; sign the sheet; and return it
to me on Monday. I would like to
thank you in advance for your help
with this.

Spelling and Memory

and a memory verse test
next Friday. The new
spelling list and memory
verse are being sent home
in your childs folder today.
