A Learner is a person who is engaged, resilient and

e.g. Academic achievement, earning a great grade
on an assignment or in a class, created a project

A Thinker is one who analyzes, makes connections,
inferences, asks questions, and transfers knowledge
through:

In grade 10, I created a project for Social Studies and my

teacher asked if he could keep it to use as an example
because I had done such a good job.

I recently changed my views on religion. My parents

raised me to believe in a certain religion and I have since
changed my views altogether.

An Innovator is one who sees possibilities and

For a long while now I have been creating art projects on

canvas. I usually do them at home and they take a few
hours each but I can then sell them.

A Collaborator is one who excels at working with

I work with a diverse group of people almost everyday at

my workplace. There is always different people to work
with and we all have to work together to get things done
in harmony.

A Contributor is a citizen who participates in the local
and global community through:

Finding, Following, and Sharing Passions

Respect, Empathy, and Kindness
Integrity and Ethical Behaviour
Civic and Environmental Responsibility
Embracing Diverse Cultures and Lifestyles

e.g. volunteering, Me to We Day, recycling/composting,

Harmony Day celebrations, Anti-bullying day activities, etc.

I often volunteer at work functions for things such as

food bank etc. usually around the Kelowna area and on
weekends with other workmates.
