Eligibility Criteria
Associate
Level

To appear for Associate Level Certification based

on SAP work experience, consultants need to meet
the following criteria:

Minimum 1 to 3 years of SAP implementation

experience (with minimum of 6 months
experience in the module and version in
which the consultants wish to take up the
certification)
Minimum 1 year with present employer
Present employer should be a customer or
partner of SAP

For HANA:
1 year of implementation project experience
is mandatory
Professional
Level

To appear for Professional Level Certification based

on SAP work experience, consultants need to meet
the following criteria:

experience (with minimum of 6 months
experience in the module and version in
which the consultants wish to take up the
certification)
Minimum 1 year with present employer
Present employer should be a customer or
partner of SAP

1. Certification Code change is not possible

after profile approval
2. Certification level change (Associate to
Professional or vice versa) will be accepted
before profile approval

SAP will review consultant profile within 4 days of

submission
