Description of artifact and how the artifact meets the standard:
The artifact shown is the school-wide clip chart that meets the PBIS goals for our school. I use to teach appropriate
behaviors to students: whats appropriate for school and what is not. I frequently remind students what the colors are and
rewards are given for moving all the way up.

Reflection on artifact (what went right, what went wrong, how to make better)
I use the clip chart almost daily with my students for demonstrating positive behaviors, and also when less desirable
behaviors occur. What I would like to do to make the clip chart better is to have students start on purple when they come
in because I do expect them to be making good choices as soon as they get to school. The challenge I find with the clip
chart is having too many different incentives with our Pom-Pom Jar, BEST tickets, and the clip-chart; some days one
might be used more than others.
