Description of artifact and how the artifact meets the standard:
As an educator it is important to create a classroom culture that supports the learning of every
student. This can be done by making sure that there is a schedule posted for the day. This artifact
is a picture of our classroom schedule. Having a clear schedule posted for all of the children to see
creates a classroom culture that is organized and lets students know what is coming up next.

Reflection on artifact (what went right, what went wrong, how to make better):
It is very helpful having this reminder for the students to refer to when they have questions about the
day. I have some students that use the schedule daily and refer back to it at the completion of each
task. Other students only use it as a guide when they cant remember what they should be doing
next. I have noticed that the schedule is most important for the students at the beginning of the year
and when they finally learn the routine then the classroom culture is greatly improved.
