Description of artifact and how the artifact meets the standard:
The artifact is a Class Profile Report from GOLD. It shows where all of my students are compared
to their peers and the blue band is where a typically developing 4 year old should score. At the end
of each checkpoint period the preschool team meets and discusses where we have students falling
outside of the colorbands and what we plan to do to help get those scores up.

Reflection on artifact (what went right, what went wrong, how to make better):
The class profile report is extremely helpful in deciding which students I need to begin working with
for classroom interventions. I look at how many students are low in a specific standard and if there
are several, then I will put those students together in a small group for extra work on that standard.
If at the next checkpoint those students are still outside their colorbands then I will begin an
individualized classroom intervention to help those students make progress.
