    Internship Goals

    During my internship, I would like to:

    1. Create and implement an activity program from start to finish including risk
    management and assessment;
    2. Acquire a knowledge of the leadership and supervision requirements dealing
    with a group of children while out on field trips;
    3. Organize, execute, and assess a new recreational program or field trip for the
    children;
    4. Shadow supervisor before a program to comprehend the financial aspect of a
    camp along with the field trips and;
    5. Gain a powerful relationship and bond with the campers throughout the 14
    week internship
