EVIDENCE: (two)
1.
Lesson Plan 3 (2/26/15) Activity 3: Human Knot: Starting in a circle,
students connect hands with two others people in the group to form the
human knot. As a team they must then try to unravel the human knot by
untangling themselves without breaking the chain of hands.
2.
Observation Form 3: Skills/Activities are challenging, motivational and
creative: Lots of good ideas of activities, challenging and exciting for the
students.
DISCUSSION: (justify how each piece of evidence supported the
standard)
1.
Activity three in Lesson three supports standard 2b because it is giving
the students an activity that is challenging and causes the students to have
to think about a solution to be able to figure out how to get out of the knot.
2.
Observation 3 supports Standard 2b because it shows how the
students are put into a challenging environment where they are given a
challenge to figure out the problem and the students were able to become
challenged and they all ended up successful in the end and the groups were
extremely excited when they were able to figure it out.
