Introduction to the lifestyle

Kent State University houses approximately 28, 981 Undergraduate and Graduate
students. Of that number 6,453 students are on campus typically aged 18-21. The female body of
Kent State is 60%, and the male is 40% (Kent State University, 2015). There are 23 local bars
located in a 5 mile radius of Kent State. Majority of those bars are occupied by Kent State
students and residents as you notice the semester ends there are less people during summer
months.
When Kent State is in the school year the most enjoyed and occupied location in the Kent
area is the local bars or clubs that include alcohol. The most prized part of this research is that
Kent during homecoming, St. Patricks Day, and Halloween is the busiest times at the bars in
celebration of the holidays. On the numbers side Paninis Bar and Grill projected $20,000 this
year in revenue from alcohol and food sales. This exact reason is why Juiced co. is a great virtual
third-party company. More importantly, with great marketing, and promotional strategies this
company can potentially expand its software in other states.

Juiced History
Juiced co. is a virtual based company that acts as a Third party (middle-man) that allows
any bar, lounge, or club venue to receive drink orders and have them delivered directly to the
buyer whether inside or out; and supply fuel-efficient vehicles to deliver alcohol to customers.
Juiced co. was founded by Dana Burse and Cecil Pourner in December, 2015. Juiced co. was
discovered when Dana hosted a party and was frustrated with having to mix everyones drinks.
Dana told Cecil that Kent needed a drink delivery system where people 21+ could order
bartender made drinks without the hassle of getting to the bar counter. This was the start of
success.

Our product has a specific and simple software built into a USB connection for bars or
alcohol venues that can download onto a computer and print orders to the bartender specified in
the location of the bar to fill them. The application download is being marketed to two
audiences: Our primary audience, College students; and our secondary audience, partygoers. For
customer experience, you simply download the application via Android, or Apple devices, and
pick your drinks. The application experience allows orders to be received by the stationed
bartender (pending age approval). For those customers ordering to the bar-they would simply
choose the bar, look at the specials, or create your own based on listing of alcoholic beverages on
hand. After these orders are received they are then made by drink specialist (bartenders), and
delivered to the door step, party, and special events. In addition, the application will allow local
bars to rent the USB for themselves to allow customers to order drinks on the go (following
payment), or inside the bar vicinity. Simplicity is the most effective ideal when handling college
students, or young adults. Younger eligible drinkers are constantly hassled with extra displays,
and questions when trying to make a drink from other alcohol delivery services. Our distribution
of our product is simple. Go on your phone, select your application store, and type and download
the application directly to your phone. There is no distribution except to post the app to each
application site (Apple Store and Google Play Store); and download the application in seconds
(depending on phone download speed). As for alcohol venues, simply go to our website, order a
USB, create an account with a profile of the venue and drinks, and share it to all of social media.
The production of the USB drivers will be developed in China, but distributed in America (for
quicker shipping speed). On average, the minimum USB shipping time is 3 days (pending the
order date).

What distinguishes Juiced co. is that it allows: safe, quick, and convenient services for
those who rather not drink and drive, want a specialty item they cant personally make, or want
to plan a big Super-Bowl party with friends. In doing so, payments through the party is not only
safe for consumer and supplier, but makes the hassle of getting to the bar table a breeze.
Payments received through Juiced. will be: PayPal, Samsung Pay, Apple Pay, E-Square,
and Huntington Bank, Fifth Third Bank, Chase Bank, Credit Unions. Not all banking services
will be accepted. Bank service fees will be applied only to application orders not in the bar.
Juiced co. is not responsible for any issues of payment overcharge, declined payments, credit
theft, credit high-jacking despite its secure software connections.
Payments through PayPal will only be allowed with proper identification, and
confirmation prior and at time of purchase. The legal age limit to purchase is 21 years of age as
required by Federal, and State law. Identification is always required during purchases. If
identification isnt provided with proper requirements (State ID, Drivers License, VISA,
Military ID, or Passport), no customer will be allowed purchase or receipt of alcohol. PayPal
account of Juiced co. will be juiced@paypal, and all product is 100% fully refundable (except
shipping) for our Money Back Guarantee policy. To return product, simply place the USB in a
box and ship it to our office. When received in the office the serial number will be deactivated
causing the software to die off any device installed on, because it is a private party connection.
Any payments made online will be subject to approval prior delivery, pick-up, or inside. Juiced
co. will also close to ensure no mistake or incidental payments are received without manager
sufficiency.
Our targeted audience are young and middle aged adults between ages of 21-to-26 years
of age. This is the age bracket that is the most common aged in bars. Specifically the companys

start-up will sell only based in downtown Kent, OH bars, clubs and alcohol supplied facilities.
The company strategy is to gain credibility by paid advertising to area public figures, bars, and
product trials college students and middle age adults; and a one visit trial for new users. The trial
phase is allowed for one usage where the customer gets a $2 value credit on any alcohol
beverage purchased. A $2 credit will be accessed from partnership fees generating additional
profit for Juiced co.
Any public alcohol consumed facility will be assessed $400 per month for a USB rental
fee during first year subscription (insurance included). After the first year, any public alcohol
consumed facility will be assessed $250 per month, or allowed per yearly rental fee of $2,000;
and will not be subject to contract breach in a yearly fee. Profit from the approximate 13 local
Kent area alcohol facilities will be $62,400 per first year trial; and the years after will be $39,000
per year. Juiced co. is determined to expand its application to other alcohol supplied facilities
near prominent demographics. The initial start cost of the application for Android, and Apple is
$106,650 for well-developed, transitional, and simplistic application service (including USB
development).
The ethics of Juiced co.is to provide an exciting, safe, and simple way of gaining access
to alcohol without hassle. Our competition is minimal for most services are in bigger cities. Also
there are only two other known services: Drizly, and Saucey. Each site merely delivers the
alcohol-not allow it to be picked up in lounges, bar, etc. With a good night on the town, a wind
down from work, or a celebration of achievement Juiced co. can stir up the night!
