Half a cup of sugar 1 teaspoon baking powder/baking soda 1/4 teaspoon of salt 2 large eggs 8 table spoons of unsalted butter (melted) 3 ripe bananas 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar/powder
Instructions:
1. Butter the muffin pan.
2. Combine the flour, sugar, baking powder or baking soda and salt. 3. In a different bowl, combine the mashed bananas, eggs, melted butter and vanilla sugar. 4. Mix the dry ingredients (the first bowl) with the second bowl's wet ingredients. Once you have mixed everything, the batter should be thick and chunky, not smooth. 5. Bake for 20-25 mins (The time depends on your oven but you can use a fork or toothpick to test it after 20 mins). The tops of the finished muffins should be light brown. 6. Let the muffins cool after removing them from the oven.
