NOTICE FOR THE NEW OWNER

The buyer has the right to check the conditions of the pet(s).
He/She may check Medical records as proof that the pet is
protected from any harmful diseases.
The buyer agrees that we released the pet(s) in Good Health
and Condition.
Once the pet(s) has been acquired by the owner. It will be
his/her responsibility to take full care of the pet.
The pet(s) are livestock and not an item or hardware that
can be returned, if unsatisfied likewise, the buyer cannot
demand return, refund or exchange if he/she finds any
abnormalities or if the pet(s) dies after 24 hours from the
time the pet(s) was purchased.
The buyer has the right to ask helpful tips from the seller if
he/she has no experience in handling pet(s).
This document serves as legal contract between the seller
and the new owner of the puppy.
