    Dear Sir,
    I am writing today to complain about the poor performance of M/M Edward Real.
    M/M Real has been lousy towards his duty these past few weeks. We havent conducted a single
    emergency drill this month and it is very crucial to have one especially were on-board a Tanker
    Vessel. The safety of the entire crew in times of emergencies relies on this matter.
    Your immediate action regarding this complain is highly sought.
