March 2022- March 2024

GSJ Holdings- Property manager, Rental collector and Maintenance manager.
My role was to ensure that all aspects of the business were attended to such as but not limited to,
Placing rental ads out on social media, responding to all Queries and conducting all Viewings whilst
Signing new tenants. I also dealt with any and all complaints/ Concerns brought forward by tenants and
staff alike, in the most amicable way possible.
I also was in charge of all Maintenace across the properties, Colleting Rental, Processing evictions when
needed and finally complete all income/ Expense reports for each month correctly.

As a manager I had a wide range of responsibilities. My daily duties included overseeing stock levels to
ensure that supplies are ordered in a timeous manner, preparing staffing and/or sales reports and keeping
statistical and financial records while handling administration and paperwork. I took the necessary time in
handling customer enquiries and complaints to resolve it in the best and most cost effective manner. I
assisted in taking reservations, greeting and advising customers, problem solving and liaising with
customers, employees, suppliers and sales representatives.

My role as waiter was to ensure that customers are seated and attended to immediately upon arrival. I also
had to ensure that orders are correctly taken and completed.

All Spark Electrical – Owner Electrician
The Covid-19 pandemic negatively impacted the business and caused it to permanently closedown. I was
doing auto, marine and general electrical work around the Cape Town During this time I have also been
contracted to do modifications to truck wiring looms according to customer specifications on newly built
truck bodies and chassis extensions.

generator repairs.
