In my current position at Marks, I have demonstrated a high level of concentration,
excellent customer service and communication skills as well as a friendly disposition.
Additionally, I believe my friendly and approachable nature and my strong work ethic
would make me a valuable addition to your team.
In addition to regularly stocking inventory, I have very good knowledge of our products,
which allows me to assist customers with selection and quality to suit their needs. As a
result, I have generated many sales to new and returning customers, and have made
many relationships with customers to ensure their constant loyalty.
Many times, I have been introduced with difficult situations and also difficult customers.
Through my personable skills and ability to deflate a tense a situation to a calm level, I
am able to work through any problematic setting with a high level of effectiveness.
Through my many years of customer service experience, I have learned that the
customer, client or any consumer is the first priority, and satisfying them is something I
will take pride in doing, no matter how difficult it may be.
I am also very much a team player, as demonstrated by my participation in the school
soccer team and my spring/summer competitive team. At same time, however, I can just
as easily work independently. All these qualities will assist me in creating a satisfying
work environment and to reach my full potential as an employee.
