As a recent graduate the Business-Human Resources program, at Fanshawe College, Im a strong
believer in furthering education, at any age. Im enjoying learning a new perspective in regards
to business. My qualifications and experience complement the responsibilities as to which I
hope youre looking for. They include over 6 years of customer service experience in
increasingly challenging roles. Ive been able to advance in my career through demonstrated
imitative and the ability to work effectively under pressure. In my most recent position as a
Personal support worker, I have had the opportunity to work as a vital team member in a
complex environment which has strengthened my communication, and problem solving skills.
Proving to overcome many challenges (short staff, time constraints, etc.) on a daily basis to
succeed in giving the best, quality patient care. Being highly involved in keeping morale up on
every shift by providing motivation and encouragement to my fellow workers. In previous
positions, I have had experiencing working with customers on a managerial level. Dealing with
escalation calls and customer complaints that ended in a favorable resolution for both the
company and customer. I pride myself on my strong work ethic and always maintaining a
positive/professional attitude at all times. Having been able to experience employment on all
levels in many different environments, has given me an opportunity to adapt to any situation.
Each position has brought forth many rewards and challenges, each one strengthening my skills.
