Adobong Kangkong

Makes 4 servings

INGREDIENTS
1 tbsp cooking oil
1 tsp garlic, crushed
4 tbsps Mama Sitas Barbecue Marinade
3 cups kangkong or spinach (Chinese kangkong can also be used)
1 tbsp Mama Sitas Premium Vinegar
salt to taste
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Heat cooking oil and saut garlic until golden brown.


Add Mama Sitas Barbecue Marinade and kangkong leaves.
When the leaves turn dark green, add the vinegar and salt.
Remove from heat and serve over hot rice.
