What makes this person's art great?
The reason that Beatrixs art is so great because of the way she makes
the colors of her art work contrast. The way the combination works is
great . Also how the pictures tell the story you really dont have to look
at the words. You can use your imagination.

Why did you choose this artist?


I choose this artist because her artwork says a lot. The way she makes
her stories so interesting. Also the other reason I choose Beatrix is
because there are not many women artists that are recognized.
Everybodys work should be shown.

The artist's name is Beatrix Potter
This is what I see when I look at the artwork. What I see is a little rabbit. He is wondering about
the little bird that is above him just hanging around. What it look likes is that the Peter the rabbit
is a kid that likes to wonder about little things.
All art is made using a variety of art elements: line, shape, color, texture and space. The one or
two elements that stand out in this piece of work are: One of the elements that stand out is the
fact that they is a lot of color. Beatrix contrasted the colors perfectly. Also, there is not a lot of
space left. At the same time it also looks like there is still space.

Artists create a mood with their work. Sometimes the mood is happy, sometimes sad, sometimes
angry. Sometimes, the art makes the viewer feel alone. The mood for this artwork is wonderers.
The way that Peter the rabbit is just staring at the bird shows that he wonders about the element.
