1) In L-Edit ungroup all objects in current cell

2) In L-Edit export this cell to .dxf. In export prompt unselect all:

3) In DesignCAD import file by selecting File then Import

4) Some object need to be Exploded. In order to determine which left
click an object of a given type and it will turn green. Press Ctrl +I. If
an object can be exploded an
