Honorable Citizen
Why is this an important trait?
Being an honorable citizen is important because it will allow me to excel in my future life. An
honorable citizen is one who positively helps their community and environment become better
showing consideration for all things. An honorable citizen will also embrace diversity and allow
it to strengthen themselves. In doing so, you will become an honorable citizen that will have a
positive influence in the world around you.

How do you demonstrate this trait in your daily life?

I demonstrate this trait in my daily life through various things. I have participated in clubs at
Sanger High that have allowed me to become an honorable citizen, such as Interact Service club.
This club is a club that is derived from service and requires that all of its constituents actively
participate in community, and school wide service. Because I have been able to participate in this
club, I have had the opportunity to become an honorable citizen.

How does the sample you've provided show that you

actively demonstrate this trait?
The sample I have provided you with, is a letter saying thank you for helping out with the
swimming special olympics. Because I was able to participate in such a moving and inspiring
event, I believe I was an example of an honorable citizen. I have also participated in various
other community service events that I believe exemplify what it means to be an honorable
citizen.
