HONORABLE CITIZEN
WHY IS THIS AN IMPORTANT TRAIT?
Being an Honorable Citizen is a pivotal characteristic for all students. Being honorable is
the key to surviving in the educational world and the real world. We must be able to show
honesty and good moral character. This characteristic is critical to have as one works
his/her way into college or a career field.

HOW DO YOU DEMONSTRATE THIS TRAIT IN YOUR

DAILY LIFE?
I do my best each and every day to exemplify honesty and good moral character in my
personal and professional life. For instance, I especially use this characteristic when I am
volunteering at Saint Agnes Medical Center and when I am at the Golden Living Center
helping the elderly with their ADLs. Being able to exemplify this trait shows character. I
have to be able to show this characteristic in order to get through each day.

HOW DO THE SAMPLE(S) YOUVE PROVIDED SHOW

THAT YOU ACTIVELY DEMONSTRATE THIS TRAIT?
Donating blood is a suitable example of being an honorable citizen because I positively
participated in a school activity. Moreover it shows that I was actively participating in
showing consideration to aid people in critical need for blood. Hence, it shows good
moral character.
