Detroit Zoo Field Trip

We are looking forward to our rst kindergarten eld trip to the Detroit Zoo. The
permission slips are coming home today. The eld trip will be on May 25th.We want to
make everyone aware that before entering the zoo, all parents and students must be
present. We plan to arrive around 10:15, but its possible that we may arrive sooner. We
would appreciate parents arriving between 10:00 and 10:15 as we must enter as a group.
Students may bring a lunch or there are concessions available. Please bring/send money if
your child would like to purchase food, purchase souvenirs, or take a ride. , The
permission slip is due Thursday, April 14th

A World in Mo4on: Rolling Things

Volunteers from General Motors will begin

coming every Friday, starTng April 15th. The
students will work with the engineers to explore
how changing the ramp height and vehicle
weight aect the momentum of toy cars. The
students will love AWIM!
